Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with expertise in residential landscape design, site master planning, and hardscape and planting design. The successful candidate will leverage AutoCAD proficiency, exceptional hand graphics, and strong communication skills to deliver stunning, client-focused designs in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative landscape master plans for luxury residential projects, integrating sustainable design principles.
• Create detailed hardscape designs and planting plans, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Collaborate with a team to manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Present design concepts to clients using hand-drawn renderings, 3D visualizations, and clear communication.
• Ensure designs reflect client vision, site-specific conditions, and Northeastern plant material knowledge.
• Contribute to project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality landscape solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential landscape design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design, hardscaping, and planting expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required) for technical drawings and site planning.
• Exceptional hand graphic skills for conceptual sketches, renderings, and presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of Northeastern plant materials, including selection, application, and sustainability.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sustainable landscape practices and environmental design is highly desirable.
