This project captures the elegance of an early 20th-century estate, thoughtfully designed to complement the client’s historic home. The vision was a clean, stately property with aged materials, so we incorporated bluestone, brick, and antique accents to mirror the home’s classic aesthetic.

The pool area, framed by a gracious terrace and a bosk of Linden trees, offers a natural canopy and sense of grandeur. An antique urn serves as a focal point in the side garden, and stately hedging and hydrangeas add year-round interest and provide unobstructed views from inside the home. A combination of precise grading, careful material sourcing, and formal yet understated landscaping achieves a harmonious, estate-like feel.
