This was a brand new construction project that we were brought in from day one. The homeowner wanted help designing and building an entire home, as well as the outdoor living space. The design for the home throughout, both interior and exterior was to be extremely modern, with clean lines, white and grey tones, marble, natural materials, and overall sleek and luxury feel. They wanted the backyard to reflect the same, while also providing beautiful views from any vantage point of their windows.
The planning process was tedious, these homeowners were perfectionists and hand selected every detail in material, tile, plaster. We designed and built an outdoor kitchen, bar area adjacent to the pool. We built retaining walls for the sloped property to screen in the pool area, providing a large selection of plant materials to add color and texture.
Making the pool an infinity edge design provided the sleek, modern look the homeowners were wishing to achieve. The running water adds a tranquil noise to the backyard, and the colors in material used were complementary to the home design.
