This client and our designer’s vision for this project focused on cleanness. We were to use minimalist materials so our craftsmanship was to be much more so on display than on other projects. We had a tightness of space to work within, due to the setback requirements on the property. Keeping everything tight and clean and precise on this project was of the utmost importance. We needed to be as efficient on the property as possible.
The overall feel to this project was ‘Miami Chic’ with bright colors but classy and impressive to all who visited. This client loved to entertain and wanted a space that not only impressed his guests but was functional as well.
The pool construction was to blend into the home design and work as a focal point. The home has large glass windows facing the pool area, so no matter where you are in the house you can look outside to the pool spa and fire pit patio space. Style wise we had to make sure it maintained its sleek, chic, style from every angle. The backyard became a new outdoor room, where the patio, pool, spa, kitchen, fire pit became a new environment and an additional room for the homeowners to enjoy all year long.
