Modern Pool & Fire Wall

A compact design does not mean sacrificing design elements for this tropical backyard paradise.

A tropical oasis hidden right in New Jersey – custom swimming pool and spa with floating stepping stones, a fire and water feature wall, multiple levels of patio seating areas, outdoor kitchen and bar area all fit into a compact space. In order to fit every ideal element the client wanted into their property, we used a raised planting bed to double as a bar seating area. By creating different levels of patio space, we were able to create an upper dining area with a kitchen, a lower seating area with a fire wall for intimate seating, and a lower patio for lounging pool side.

This compact outdoor kitchen design has it all - from storage space to a built in fridge for outdoor easy access.

Furniture was carefully selected to make the best use of the space and to not overcrowd any area. A large Tuuci umbrella was installed to create shade over the intimate raised seating patio area. Lounge chairs were placed off the patio onto the lawn checkered stone area to allow more space poolside. We worked hard to make a small space look much larger than it really was.
