Modern Pool Spa & Patio Design

This beautiful spacious patio and modern pool design allows for multiple seating areas poolside.

This project started as an existing wooded lot. We were brought in from the beginning, during the planning stages for the house. For the next seven years, this property continued to develop and evolve, into two main phases.

Custom outdoor kitchen seating area, joins the pool and the cabana space together.

The first concept plan consisted of a pool, patio, fire pit, patio area, outdoor steps and retaining walls, as well as rear and front foundation planting and perimeter trees. Phase two included the addition of a 3,000-sf cabana, as well as an outdoor kitchen, and a lower patio level with a privacy wall, fireplace, hot tub and outdoor shower. We also added in a vegetable garden and continued with the rest of the rear yard landscaping. This family loves to entertain and that was the emphasis on the entire concept of this property design. There is a ton of space to entertain, relax and enjoy in every season, in both daytime and evening hours.
