About The Position

Scenic Landscaping, one of the top landscape construction companies in NJ is hiring immediately, to fill landscape laborers positions. The candidate must enjoy working outside, 5-6 days per week, in all weather conditions completing landscape construction projects. Must be in good physical shape and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. The duties will include such things as assisting in construction debris removal, brick work, digging and shaping, assisting in masonry walls, walkways, patios, pillars, fire pits, driveways, steps, mulching, planting and transplanting flowers and shrubs and trees.

Skill Set

Experience is preferred but not necessary. The individual applying for this job needs to be at least 18 years of age, own transportation, able to work well on his or her own as well as with others and willing to learn the trade. This is an entry level position with room to grow in the company for those willing to work.

Wages and Benefits

This is an hourly position. Hourly rate depends on experience, starting at $13 – $14 per hour. Hours are Monday – Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Opportunity for overtime and Saturdays are available. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, holidays and paid time off.
