The Harsh Long Winter Causes Delays in Annuals & Tropicals this Season
We are so excited a new spring season is upon us. This winter was one of the longest and harshest on record and some of the highest snowfall we have seen in decades. This warm weather is welcome with open arms as we let Mother Nature run its course. As always, Scenic Landscaping has been gearing up for another busy season. We’re looking forward to another wonderful year of working with you and we are here to assist in any way we can.
Right now, even in Mid-May, we are still seeing all the effects that the long winter season had on us. The extremely cold and hard winter months have drastically delayed both the growth process and delivery process on our new materials. Currently, our annuals and tropicals growers are weeks behind their normal schedule, which in turn is delaying our crews from installing them for you.
We want to ensure you we are doing our best to secure the very best material for our clients. As soon as the new material is in, we will be installing them. We guarantee that these will be worth the wait!
We are excited to offer this spring-summer season, the addition of an edible container garden to your property. Everything from herbs such as basil and cilantro can be potted and will grow all season for you to enjoy. There is nothing better than having your own personal access to these fresh herbs when cooking. Edible gardens can be customized to include different fruits and vegetables as well. We will work with you create the perfect easy to manage private garden. We will help create the best combination of herbs and produce, in a beautiful pot positioned to ensure the proper growing conditions. Now is the perfect time to plan for your edible garden!
